Co-Founder-as-a-Service

Do you want me inside the business, delivering it with you?

Someone who has sold three businesses inside yours, owning outcomes and getting you to the exit you want.

Co-Founder-as-a-Service is my deepest level of involvement, for a small number of businesses. You get 24/7 access to me, my network and contacts actively working for you, me in your pitches and me owning agreed parts of the business as part of your executive team. Scope and fee agreed individually.

The first thirty days

What happens first.

Inside 30 days we'll have agreed exactly which parts of the business I own, and I'll already be delivering them alongside your team.

My promise

We agree in writing exactly which outcomes I own before we start. If I'm not delivering them, we stop. You never pay for a seat I'm not earning.

What you actually get

Everything that comes with Co-Founder-as-a-Service.

  1. Parts of the business off your plate for good

I own and deliver agreed areas alongside your team, accountable for the outcome, not just the advice.

  2. An exited founder in your executive team

A working seat at the table: weekly 45-minute strategy calls, quarterly half-day workshops and real involvement between them.

  3. My network working for you

Clients, partners, investors, buyers, talent and advisers actively deployed where there is a genuine reason, not a list of names to chase.

  4. Someone beside you in the room that matters

Hands-on in pitches, partnerships and major opportunities, with 24/7 direct access when the moment can't wait.

  5. A business built to be bought

Everything pointed at the outcome you're aiming for, by someone who has personally taken three businesses to a sale.

A hire at this level is a six-figure salary, equity and a year to know whether it worked. This is the same seniority, from day one, with no unwind.

Fit

Who is Co-Founder-as-a-Service for?

Founders who want more than advice or accountability. You want weekly 45-minute calls, quarterly half-day workshops, 24/7 access to me, my network and contacts in play, me in your pitches, and me delivering real parts of the business alongside your team.

  • You have consistency and predictability but the next leap needs someone who will deliver it, not just advise on it.
  • You want parts of the business owned and driven by somebody who has done it before.
  • You need my network and contacts working for you, not just names you could approach.
  • You want me in the room for pitches, partnerships and the moments that matter.
  • You need an experienced operator inside the executive team, not outside it.

Rhythm

How the working rhythm runs.

One weekly 45-minute strategy call, a quarterly half-day workshop with the founder and leadership team, and ongoing work inside the business. I'm there owning agreed outcomes, working with you and the leadership team, and in the room for pitches and the moments that matter.

Every introduction has to have a genuine reason and make sense for both parties. My network is built on trust, so I protect it. Nothing about access is unlimited.

No long contracts. No tie-in. Cancel whenever you want. What I'll say honestly is give it three months. That's the time I need to properly understand you, the business and what is really getting in the way.

Risk

What you're really paying for.

  • A reputation built on exits

I've personally sold three businesses from ground zero, the last to a publicly listed company. I'm not a coach who read about it. I've done the thing you're trying to do.

  • Ideas that have already worked

You get the playbooks, pricing models and sales systems I used to grow $40m of sales in two years. Not theory. The actual tools I used.

  • Energy that matches yours

Direct access, no junior team, no account manager. When something matters, I'm in it. When it doesn't, I won't pretend it does.

  • Contacts that get deployed

Investors, buyers, operators, senior talent. I don't hand you a list of names. I make introductions where there is a real reason, and I stand behind them.

I keep the number of founders deliberately low so I can think about each business properly. When there's no space, you go on the waitlist rather than get less than you're paying for.

Proof

What a founder says about the work.

Zero to over two million a year, with board level input we could not have bought.

Hamish Page and David Parr, founders of Prsnt: We built Prsnt from nothing to over two million pounds a year. Jordan came in at board level and the difference was immediate. He challenges the plan properly, and he opens doors. The partnerships that moved the numbers came through his network, and warm introductions land differently to cold ones. He is direct. If we brought him a bad idea he said so on the call, not a week later. That saved us months.

Questions

What founders ask about Co-Founder-as-a-Service.

Questions

What does it mean that you're inside the business?

It means I own and deliver agreed parts of the business rather than advising from the outside. I work as part of your executive team, with outcomes I'm accountable for. It doesn't mean I become your outsourced salesperson or take over day-to-day operations.

How many introductions do I get?

Nothing about access is unlimited or guaranteed. My network and contacts are actively deployed for you, but introductions are carefully selected, agreed within scope and only made where there's a genuine reason and it makes sense for both sides. My network is built on trust and I protect it.

How is the fee structured?

POA. Most relationships are a monthly fee. For a small number of Co-Founder-as-a-Service relationships I may consider equity, a success fee or another structure where the fit and opportunity justify it, and only where both parties explicitly agree.

Would you work with a competitor of ours?

I won't represent competing brands to the same opportunity without explicit agreement. If there's a conflict, I'll tell you before we start rather than manage it quietly afterwards.

Are you joining the board or company legally?

No. I'm not taking a legal directorship or an employee role. You get an experienced operator inside the executive team, owning real outcomes, without giving away control of the business.
