Sell Your Business

Ready to find the right buyer and exit on the right terms?

Sell-side advisory for B2B founders who have built something valuable and want practical, founder-led support through the exit process. I have been on both sides of these conversations, and I know what it takes to get a deal done properly.

Fit

Who is Sell Your Business for?

B2B founders with a sellable business who want practical, founder-led support through the exit process.

Jordan leaning on three ticked boxes
  • You have built something valuable but you do not know how to find the right buyer or what the business is really worth.
  • The idea of due diligence, negotiation and legals feels overwhelming.
  • You worry about taking your eye off the business while trying to sell it.
  • You want somebody who has exited businesses themselves to guide the process.

Process

A clear path to exit.

A modular, outcome-led process. You only commit to the next stage when it makes sense, so you are never trapped in a process that is not working.

  1. Discovery

We learn your business inside out: financials, culture, positioning, USPs, ambitions, red lines and ideal outcomes. I give you an indicative current market value and an honest view on whether now is the right time to go to market.

  2. Preparation

We build a compelling narrative, a detailed information pack and a target list of buyers. The outcome is an execution-ready business that is presented in the best possible light to the right people.

  3. Execution

I run the outreach, manage introductions, coordinate preliminary data requests and structure negotiations on both price and structure. The outcome is Heads of Terms or a Letter of Intent with a buyer that makes sense.

  4. Completion

We manage due diligence tightly through legals, accountants and any final negotiations, then plan transition support. The outcome is money in the bank and a business handed over properly.

Questions

What founders ask before selling.

Questions

How long does a sale process take?

A well-prepared sell-side process, including preparation, buyer mapping, indicative offers, due diligence and negotiation of the sale agreement, typically takes six to twelve months depending on deal complexity and buyer engagement.

What makes a B2B business attractive to buyers?

Buyers look for strong margins, a clear market position, defensible methodology or intellectual property, scalable delivery, leadership depth and predictable revenue. Cultural fit and integration readiness also influence deal certainty.

Do I have to commit to the whole process up front?

No. The process is modular. You commit to one stage at a time. If we learn you are not ready to come to market, you can pause or switch route without penalty. You only pay the success fee if we complete a sale.

Will you run a full marketing process?

Only if there is a high likelihood of finding a buyer within eight to twelve weeks of launch. If not, I'll recommend a different route. You only get one clean shot at a full process, so we do not waste it.

Do you replace my lawyer or accountant?

No. I work alongside your existing advisers, challenge where needed and help you get more value from them. I am not your lawyer, accountant or broker. I am the founder in your corner who has done this before.
