1:2:1 Mentor

Work directly with a founder who has personally sold three businesses

Predictable, profitable growth that compounds, run by a commercial model that no longer depends on you.

For founders ready to move beyond advice and bring in a partner who's built and exited businesses before. This is where I step in beside you: reshaping your commercial model, driving accountability, and leading growth with proven playbooks, not guesswork. You don't get a consultant. You get a co-founder who's been where you are and knows what it takes to scale revenue, profit, and exit.

The first thirty days

What happens first.

Inside 30 days you'll have a rebuilt commercial model, a forecast you trust and a weekly cadence the team is actually held to.

My promise

Give it three months. If by then you can't point to a clear commercial change in the business, I'll keep working with you until you can, at no extra cost.

What you actually get

Everything that comes with 1:2:1 Mentor.

  1. A commercial model that makes money

Weekly 45-minute sessions rebuilding pricing, margin and the route to revenue, until growth compounds instead of stalling.

  2. Numbers you can decide on today

Financial dashboards and forecasting models built for real-time decisions, not month-old management accounts.

  3. A team that holds itself accountable

Sales systems, meeting cadence and incentive design installed, plus a quarterly half-day workshop with your leadership team.

  4. The $40m playbook

The entire playbook of how I grew $40m of sales in two years, handed over rather than described.

  5. A door into the biggest market on earth

Insight and selected introductions into the USA, plus access to my network of operators, investors, buyers and talent.

  6. No decision waits for a diary slot

Direct 24/7 WhatsApp access when things move fast, and hands-on support when you're pitching investors or buyers.

A commercial director who has actually scaled and exited a business costs six figures plus equity. This is a fraction of that, with no hire to unwind.

Fit

Who is 1:2:1 Mentor for?

Founders of more established businesses who are ready to move beyond advice. You want a weekly 45-minute call, real work between sessions and 24/7 access to a partner who has built, scaled and exited B2B businesses before.

  • You want more than advice. You want a partner who has been where you are.
  • Revenue has plateaued and the commercial model needs reshaping.
  • The team lacks accountability, clear sales systems and the right meeting cadence.
  • You need insight and introductions into the biggest market in the world: the USA.
  • You are preparing for funding or exit and need hands-on pitch and investor support.

Rhythm

How the working rhythm runs.

One weekly 45-minute strategy session, a quarterly half-day workshop with the founder and leadership team, WhatsApp between calls, and real work happening on the business between sessions. We reshape the commercial model, build accountability into the team and create predictable, profitable growth that compounds month to month.

Introductions are carefully selected and only made where there is a genuine reason. I won't become your outsourced salesperson or take a legal directorship. You get a co-founder who kicks every ball with you, not a consultant who drops in with charts.

No long contracts. No tie-in. Cancel whenever you want. What I'll say honestly is give it three months. That's the time I need to properly understand you, the business and what is really getting in the way.

Risk

What you're really paying for.

  • A reputation built on exits

I've personally sold three businesses from ground zero, the last to a publicly listed company. I'm not a coach who read about it. I've done the thing you're trying to do.

  • Ideas that have already worked

You get the playbooks, pricing models and sales systems I used to grow $40m of sales in two years. Not theory. The actual tools I used.

  • Energy that matches yours

Direct access, no junior team, no account manager. When something matters, I'm in it. When it doesn't, I won't pretend it does.

  • Contacts that get deployed

Investors, buyers, operators, senior talent. I don't hand you a list of names. I make introductions where there is a real reason, and I stand behind them.

I keep the number of founders deliberately low so I can think about each business properly. When there's no space, you go on the waitlist rather than get less than you're paying for.

Proof

What a founder says about the work.

We went from guessing at the month ahead to knowing what it would do before it started.

  • Month-on-month revenue growth
  • Highest ever revenue year
  • Operations systemised
  • Confidence to hire

Jamie Critchton, founder of Nuopp: Before working with Jordan, every month started from nothing. We were busy, we were winning work, but I could not tell you in advance what the month would deliver. Jordan got under the hood of the numbers with me. We rebuilt the pricing, we tightened who we sell to, and we put a proper sales rhythm in place. Since then we have grown month on month and we have just finished our highest ever revenue year. The operations side is systemised now, so the business does not stop when I step out of a meeting. The biggest change is confidence. I have hired, which twelve months ago I would not have risked doing. Jordan does not sit on the fence. If something is not working he tells you, and then he helps you fix it.

Questions

What founders ask about 1:2:1 Mentor.

Questions

What happens in the weekly strategy session?

We focus on revenue growth, margin improvement and team performance. We work through your commercial model, sales systems, forecasting and the specific decisions that will move the business forward that week. It is a working session, not a status update.

What does 'full access to my network' actually mean?

It means carefully selected introductions to senior talent, operators, investors, buyers and acquisition partners when there is a genuine reason to make them. I won't introduce people simply to tick a box. Every introduction has to make sense for both sides.

How quickly will you reply on WhatsApp?

You have direct 24/7 access and I won't promise an instant response. What you won't have to do is sit on something important until the next scheduled session.

Will you introduce me to people in the USA?

Where relevant and appropriate, yes. I can share insight and make introductions into the US market. Nothing is guaranteed or unlimited, and every introduction is made on merit.

Do you work with my leadership team?

Yes. A lot of founder problems are really team, structure or communication problems, so I'll get involved with the people who own the work when that's what will move things.

Is there a minimum contract?

No contract, no tie-in, cancel whenever you want. What I'll say honestly is give it three months. It takes time for me to properly understand you, the business and what is really getting in the way.
