What founders say after working with me.

Every founder here sat where you are now. They talk about what actually changed: the pivots, the pricing, the numbers and the decisions. No scripts. Watch them in their own words.

Jamie Critchton, founder of Nuopp: Before working with Jordan, every month started from nothing. We were busy, we were winning work, but I could not tell you in advance what the month would deliver. Jordan got under the hood of the numbers with me. We rebuilt the pricing, we tightened who we sell to, and we put a proper sales rhythm in place. Since then we have grown month on month and we have just finished our highest ever revenue year. The operations side is systemised now, so the business does not stop when I step out of a meeting. The biggest change is confidence. I have hired, which twelve months ago I would not have risked doing. Jordan does not sit on the fence. If something is not working he tells you, and then he helps you fix it.

Forty five minutes with Jordan changed how I saw the entire business.

Nigel Blake · PPB2B

  • Significant revenue in a new niche
  • 45 minutes changed his perspective

Nigel Blake, founder of PPB2B: I came to Jordan with a business that was working, sort of. We had clients, we had revenue, and we were flat. In one conversation, forty five minutes, he asked the questions nobody else had asked me and I could see it. We were selling to the wrong market. We pivoted the whole business into a new niche. That was not a comfortable conversation and it was the right one. The revenue in that new niche is significant now, and it came from a session that cost me nothing but honesty. Jordan is blunt about numbers and money, and he is generous with everything he knows. Both at the same time.

We moved from B2C to B2B in three months and grew 200 percent year on year.

Toby Savill · Foodstuff

  • B2C to B2B pivot in 3 months
  • 12 month roadmap

Toby Savill, founder of Foodstuff: We were a consumer business and the unit economics were fighting us. Jordan helped us see that the same capability sold into businesses was worth far more. Inside three months we had made the move. He built the twelve month roadmap with us, not for us, so the team owned it. Pricing, positioning, pipeline and process, that is genuinely what we worked through. Year on year we grew 200 percent. What I valued most is that he has done this himself. He is not reading it from a book, he is telling you what happened when he did it.

Zero to eight million pounds in under four years, with the positioning to match.

Moses · The Edit LDN

  • Zero to £8M in under four years
  • Global reach
  • Premium positioning

Moses, founder of The Edit LDN: We started from zero and we are past eight million pounds in under four years, trading globally. The premium positioning was deliberate, and getting it right was the hardest part. Jordan pushed us on price when everyone else was telling us to be competitive. He was right. The customers we want pay for the experience, not the discount. Having someone in your corner who has built and sold companies changes what you are willing to attempt. He kicks every ball with you.

Zero to over two million a year, with board level input we could not have bought.

Hamish Page & David Parr · Prsnt

  • Zero to £2m+ annually
  • Board level impact
  • Key partnerships

Hamish Page and David Parr, founders of Prsnt: We built Prsnt from nothing to over two million pounds a year. Jordan came in at board level and the difference was immediate. He challenges the plan properly, and he opens doors. The partnerships that moved the numbers came through his network, and warm introductions land differently to cold ones. He is direct. If we brought him a bad idea he said so on the call, not a week later. That saved us months.
